Nourishing Across The World
The cookie business was on pause for much of 2022 in search of greater meaning through our work.
In March, Carson traveled to Poland where he spent a month cooking for refugees on the border of Ukraine with World Central Kitchen.
Through the spring and summer he traveled across the United States. Staying in hostels & with friends, meeting new people and cooking with world travelers from across the globe.
When Hurricane Ian hit in September Carson visited southwest Florida and again volunteered with WCK.
Through these journeys there was one constant understanding.
Food is our common ancestral language. One we all speak. One that reminds us of our humanity and brings us together.
This year, all proceeds will go towards World Central Kitchen to feed those facing catastrophe.

Something Worth Indulging
Diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 2012, I've realized that sometimes the thing needed most is a gooey, chocolate-chip indulgence.
Our cookies are NOT low-calorie, NOT fat-free, NOT keto, NOT grain-free. Our treats use whole, natural ingredients. Butter, Chocolate, Brown Sugar, and all!
If you're going to indulge. Indulge in the best treats possible!
About Carson
I nourish authentic communities by connecting people through food and entertainment..
Crohn's disease forced me to think deeply about life, meaning, and purpose at a young age.
After losing 18-inches of my colon, I accidentally completed a degree from William & Mary and left my career in real estate behind.
Choosing instead to pursue my lifelong passion.
My goal is to nourish lives and help people indulge in our common ancestral language. Food.

Building Community Through food
In pursuit of learning holistically about food, I moved to a farm and later worked on food trucks, and in restaurants.
Food is more than the physical ingredients. It’s a vehicle for nourishing our mind, body, and soul.
In 2020, we began to nourish people through seasonal, signature-batch cookie gift boxes, and catering our friends events upon request.
We’re on a mission to nourish lives with 50,000 cookies in 2022.
Fun fact: My favorite hobby is grocery shopping. Yes, I spend my free time perusing grocery stores looking for the perfect snack. When I bake and cook I try to live up to that same high-standard for yummies
