Method

1. Preheat an empty sheet pan in the oven to 450F

2. In a large bowl, first, whisk flour and spices together. Then whisk in the milk

3. Add in cauliflower florets, and toss to coat. Add in breadcrumbs and toss again.

4. Evenly spread the cauliflower onto the preheated pan and bake for 20 minutes.

5. Flip after 20 minutes, then bake for an additional 20 minutes while you work on the sauce

Asian Glaze Ingredients

• 1/2 c soy sauce

•  2 tsp rice vinegar

•  1 inch ginger, minced (or ground ginger 1/2 tsp)

•  2 cloves garlic, minced

•  1/4 c brown sugar

•  chili flakes
Method

1. Mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan

2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes until the sauce has thickened.

Toss your cauliflower wings in a large bowl with the glaze. Serve with sesame seeds, green onions, and sliced chiles.
