Food is a Vehicle For Connection

Let us take care of the food at your next event

so you can focus on your guests

Food is our common ancestral language and brings us to our destination: enjoying time with old friends, our loved ones, and new friends alike!

Don’t let my cookie business fool you. I’m a cook, and always have been since mastering my first grilled cheese at the age of 4.

I grew up entertaining friends and family with the dream of opening restaurants one day.

I dropped out of college to live on a small "Beyond Organic” farm in rural North Carolina, Appalachia country. From there I worked as a line cook at a large, 1,000+ entertainment venue before briefly staging with a renowned D.C. Chef.

I’ve worked on food trucks, at farmer’s markets, and now have the opportunity to cook for and nourish my community. It’s my absolute honor, and a priveledge to cook for others.

I can’t thank you enough for all you did to make my mom’s party a success with her favorite food items. You went above and beyond and all your hard work didn’t go unnoticed. All the guests were raving about the food. I would love to collab together again.

During quarantine, I hired Carson to create a menu. He made eating a pleasurable and fun experience, also providing a cognitive offload so we could spend quality time with each other, not focused on how we were going to feed our bellies. Carson’s ability to connect people through food in a meaningful way sets him apart - because food to him is not a means to an end - it is a lifestyle he is deeply passionate about
