Honey-Lime Yogurt Parfaits

Honey-Lime Yogurt

  • Mix together plain yogurt with lime zest, lime juice, honey, ground cardamom, ground cinnamon, and a small pinch of salt

Granola (1 cup)

  •  1 cup quick or any uncooked oatmeal

  •  1/4 cup brown sugar

  •  3 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Place in baking pan loosely. Bake for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Bake until browned and golden.

  3. Stir lightly and let cool completely. Granola will get crunchy as it cools.

Assembly

Layer a bit of yogurt on the bottom, then granola followed by berries or other fruit, more yogurt, more granola, etc.
